I am writing on behalf of my aunt, Pamela who is 91 years old. Jonathan is my cousin. I know Jonathan is very happy at his home, supported by Mencap and he is very well taken care of. He is totally dependant on the people who look after him as he is both mentally and physically handicapped and unable to do anything for himself.
The PDS service has managed Jonathan’s affairs for about 10 years and have done an exceptional job in looking after and increasing the growth of his money. I really don’t know how we would manage without them.
Jonathan’s money prior to 2011, was managed by his care team but he is much better off since being managed by PDS.
The PDS has always worked well for our family, and it is a great relief that they manage Jonathan’s affairs. As mentioned, his mother is elderly, he has no siblings, and I am 80 years old and feel unable to take this on.
