My initial instruction to you resulted from concern regarding arrangements in place at that time, managed by the local authority department. Contact with The PDS was prompted by very favourable references from other clients.
Since assuming responsibility for Jane’s affairs, I have been satisfied in every respect, particularly the lever of professional service delivered by The PDS. This is probably best reflected in the significant improvement in Jane’s general demeanour – and she continues to be extremely happy and content in the assisted living environment in which she now resides. As an indirect consequence of your intervention, there has also been a corresponding improvement in my own personal wellbeing.
